  So if you're a Landlord I would avoid the waste of money and choose a agency that is not profiting from you, compared to most other agencies where they actually provide accurate and truthful final inspections and do not gain from attending the RTT.

  Absolute joke I worked as a property manager for 4 years and never once conducted myself in such a unprofessional manner as toop and toops agents good luck to anyone who wishes to do business with a bunch of unrefined showponys in suits.

  No complaints as a tenant in Firle. The staff (Shari, Kristy, Jane) were always very responsive and eager to help. All the issues we had during our tenancy (there were lots of them as the unit was not that new) were promptly resolved. At the end of the tenancy the bond was returned in full.

  If you can avoid this company at all costs , the staff are rude and you will never be right , like others have stated some of the staff are paid to be on the tribunal, conflict of interest much?

  But all of a sudden once the house was professionally cleaned inside and out Shari Hutton comes along and I quote from her final inspection report "Filthy" oh and the "Stank of Cigarette Smoke" this was never once mentioned in five and a half years but find it quite ironic how I happened to see Miss Hutton Light up a Cigarette when she left the Residential Tenancies Tribunal.

  Don't expect your full bond back , seems they have a scam going , I went back to the property to see their professional cleaners at work, it was just a guy with a couple of rags, no vacuum no professional cleaning stuff , just a guy in a commodore. That service will set you back $250 , and the problems that were listed are still the same .

  Find it funny how property managers from toop and toop are paid to attend Residential Tenancies Tribunal, must be in the fine print of your contracts.
